Corsair recently released its latest and unique power supply – the Corsair RMx SHIFT Series ATX 3.0. What’s unique about this PSU is its side-position connectors. This means the power cables’ ports are on the side and not on the usual front side. However, the RMx SHIFT may not be compatible with all chassis types. It’s best suited for tower chassis with openings and room for cable management on the (rear bottom) side. You’ll see what I mean from the photos below. The RMx SHIFT PSU series is available from 750W up to 1200W. Unfortunately, this PSU doesn’t have the new 16-pin 12VHPWR connector. Corsair RMx SHIFT PSU Specifications
Such a confusing article. You say it doesn’t have a PCIe 5.0 12VHPWR GPU cable but then it says it does have it. So which one is correct?

Sorry about the confusion. If you look at the photo, the PSU does not have the PCIe 5.0 12VHPWR connector. It doesn’t support it natively.
And Corsair’s press release only mentioned “With an included high-quality PCIe 5.0 12VHPWR GPU cable“. It’s just an 8-pin to 16-pin (12VHPWR) cable adapter. And not a native 16-pin 12VHPWR to 16-pin 12VHPWR connector.
I hope this clarifies things.
